Landmark Cares

We believe that building communities takes more than just building homes in neighbourhoods. True success means being able to give back to the community. Since 1996, Landmark Homes and the Nasseri family have given over $20 million to a diverse range of foundations and not-for-profit organizations.

Notably in 2014, the Nasseri family donated $10 million to the University of Alberta Faculty of Engineering to create the Nasseri School of Building Science and Engineering. This school focuses on improving construction and building sciences to advance the use of materials and energy in residential and commercial construction. The improvements made through this research will benefit generations to come.

house of hope

The House of Hope is a collaboration between Landmark Homes and its trade partners and suppliers to raise funds for the University Hospital Foundation. All proceeds from the sale of this home go to fund equipment, research and patient care at the University Hospital. Best of all, this house is for sale! Be sure to stay tuned for each year’s House of Hope.

To date, Landmark has donated over $5.3 million to the Foundation, with approximately $855,000 being donated from trade partners through the House of Hope project. Thank you to all of our generous partners and trades for their services, materials and monetary contributions, without which the House of Hope project would not be possible.
